As you are aware, there are 9 modules of authentic Yoga-Teacher Training.
If you are not part of the Yoga-Teacher Training, then you don't have the 9th Module "Insights into Yoga-Teaching" (Teaching Mastery).
You are working on Module 1- "Hidden Secrets of Yoga-Science".
Module 1 has many sections. Each section is about one sub-topic of foundations of Yoga-Science.
This is Module 6.There are many lessons in Section 2.
Since there are assignments to do BEFORE watching the video, please resist the temptation to watch the video first. Otherwise, you may not be able to complete the assignment in an unbiased manner.
