“Practice” through Positive Breath Meditation

1. To breathe deep and slow in a proper way

2. To take in a positive thought with each in-breath and to release a negative thought with each out-breath. This is a bonus to practicing proper breathing. This can be used any time you feel negative emotions weighing you down. Practice this meditation and release them. Replace them with positive thoughts and attitudes.
