Welcome to the Authentic Yoga-Training & Yoga-Teacher Training (AYTT) program!
There are totally 9 modules of authentic Yoga-Teacher Training that form the acronym H.A.P.P.I.N.E.S.S. If you are not part of the Yoga-Teacher Training program, you have only 8 modules.
You are now working on Module 1- "Hidden Secrets of Yoga-Science".
Module 1 has 4 parts. Each part has 2 sections. Each section is about one sub-topic of the foundations of Yoga-Science.
