There are 3 levels of the course given here. You can do the course privately or a maximum of 4 of you can share the investment. Once it becomes a group class, remember that the syllabus covered MAY become reduced due to attention towards 4 people and possible questions from others.

Establish Your Practice: ( 14 hours) - By investing 14 hours of your time, you can learn properly the basics of Yoga and basics of meditation. You can establish an independent Yoga and meditation practice. After this, there will be NO need to invest in other Yoga programs since your foundations will be strong. But, if you can't invest much money and you don't find 2 or a maximum of 3 other people to join you to share the total investment, then you can go for 7 hours or 4 hours.

Though the Yoga-training is conducted in group setting with 2, 3 or 4 of you, it is customized for individual needs. How it is done is, the individuals of your group can download an application, fill it out with each person's specific needs and goals for the training and send it over to us.
Shanthi will go through the forms and ensure that the training includes practices specific to everyone in your small group. Thus everyone gets taken care of privately.
1. You will receive the training manual for all the exercises, poses and life-force mastery techniques learned. This will have pictures, procedure to do the practices, affirmations, benefits, and limitations. With this, an independent and confident practice is possible.
2. You will receive the user manual with DOs and DON'Ts for safety and maximum benefits.
3. You have the option to invest and get videos and audios of everything learned for practicing along. This is totally optional and you can practice even with just the training guide you receive as part of the training. Of course, a voice guiding you will make your practice easy as you don't have to remember the steps or the practice.
No! It will not be too much, because, we are NOT doing a workout session here. We are going to learn the practices thoroughly which involves, demonstration, explanation, discussion and Q&A for each practice. Additionally, Yoga practices are done slowly without exertion. Besides, we'll be covering many aspects, not just poses.
